Intro
Whether you are a recent graduate, still studying, or in the process of changing jobs, starting in a new position may be challenging. A new team member may be lacking knowledge in certain areas, or maybe they need to refresh their skills, or maybe they don't have real world experience, and then there is always the uncertainty of what to expect at the new position.
The Digital Lights Master Class is a dedicated program, which helps our new team members enhance and develop their skills and expertise, so that they can confidently start working in their new positions. It also helps them naturally make the transition to their new team. The program is especially valuable to people who are currently enrolled in or finishing their education at a university or an academy.
Each person who takes part in the program has an individual plan, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. They get the chance to work with leading experts, who mentor them and help them enhance and improve their knowledge and skills.
What does the Master Class look like?
The Master Class begins with an evaluation of the knowledge and skills of the participant. Based on the results and their desired career path, they start working through an individual plan in one of the available tracks. The duration of the program depends on the number of topics included in the plan and the individual learning pace of the participant.
During the training period all participants are mentored by leading experts from the company. The program is project-centric with heavy emphasis on the real-world applicability of each topic. Special attention is paid to best practices, code quality, good engineering, etc. During the program we are also supporting our new team members in the transition to their new team.

How long does it take to complete the Master Class?
The duration of the Master Class is different for each participant. It may take between 1 and 6 months, depending on their plan, previous knowledge and skills, learning abilities, etc.

What happens after the Master Class?
Everyone, who successfully finishes the program, becomes a member of one of our teams and starts working on real-life projects.

Is there a tuition fee and a contract?
Participation in the Masterclass is free for the participants. What is more, each participant has an employment contract with the company and receives remuneration.
